The chef will illustrate the best cuts of meats, combinations, sauces and reservations, and then move on to a real cooking class in the garden around the grill to learn and try cooking techniques on a selection of meats. 🥩🍖🍗
Then there will be a lunch based on the meats that have been grilled, enjoying the view of Lake Mergozzo! 🌄
