Carnaroli Quanto is a very fine rice, produced according to the principles of organic farming in the Vercelli area, one of the most suitable areas for the cultivation of this cereal in Italy. Carnaroli is ideal for risottos but also excellent for salads and timbales because it has a excellent cooking resistance in any preparation and absorbs seasonings very well.
Organic red brown rice is a variety obtained from the natural cross between Venere rice and long rice. The red Quanto wholemeal is produced according to the principles of organic farming in the Vercelli area. Red rice is an ideal wholemeal rice to simply accompany with cooked or raw vegetables and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, but also excellent added to creamy soups and cereal soups.
Ebano® organic black rice is a rice with many beneficial properties for health, it is a fragrant and tasty rice.
