Right of withdrawal

Purchases on this website are subject to the provisions of D.L. n ° 185 of 1999, dictated in distance contracts in the event that the delivery of the goods takes place at home of the buyer as online purchases take place outside the business premises.

Only private individuals who have purchased through our site have the right to withdraw. This right can be exercised without opposing any reason. We guarantee the right of withdrawal no later than 15 days from receipt of the goods. This right is not allowed to companies and resellers. Upon receipt of the notice of withdrawal, LOOKUP will contact the buyer to determine how to collect the goods he will have to however, take place no later than 48 hours later. While applying the right of withdrawal remains under it understood that:

  • the product must be intact in all its parts including its original packaging;
  • the returned goods travel at the customer's risk.

LOOKUP does not respond in the following cases:

  • theft
  • loss
  • breakage or damage to products returned by courier, without prejudice to the full right, from part of the customer, to file a complaint against the courier and obtain a refund of the value of the goods.

In the case of returned goods, the shipping cost is charged to the customer.

Upon receipt, the product will be checked in its entirety including internal and external packaging. In in case they are damaged or missing LOOKUP may withhold as a contribution to expenses to restore the original packaging a percentage up to 30% of the product value.

The right of withdrawal is not applicable to the occurrence of one or more of the following hypotheses:

  • internal and / or external packaging not original and / or missing;
  • product damaged not due to transport;
  • absence of accessories and / or instruction manuals and / or even small parts of the product itself.

Should one of the aforementioned hypotheses occur LOOKUP will return the products by charging the shipping costs to the customer.

Upon receipt of the goods and after the aforementioned checks, LOOKUP will return the amount paid by the customer by bank transfer. It will be the customer's care promptly provide the bank details to obtain the transfer (IBAN and holder of the invoice).
